Beaconhills College has a long association with the people of East Timor, specifically seven friendship schools located in the sub-districts of Railaco, Hatolia and Leimea-Craic, within the municipality of Ermera.

Last week, 21 Year 10 students and staff across both campuses returned from East Timor after providing some much-needed resources and support services to help make a difference to the lives of the people in these communities. 

One hundred solar buddy lights were delivered to families, and money raised was put towards soccer balls, white boards, cooking pots and paints for the schools.
